a holistic approach to your menstrual care

my work is inspired by natural medicine and focuses on the whole person—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. we won’t rely on hormone tests or a pile of supplements. instead, we’ll explore simple, accessible tools like mindfulness, breathwork, art therapy, and body-centered practices to build your personalized took kit for well-being.

you’ll learn how to listen to your body and use practices that can be integrated into your daily life, no matter how busy or challenging it may feel. we’re not here to fix you; we’re here to empower you with the tools to heal and thrive in your own unique way.

our work together is built on the foundation of the four phases of your menstrual cycle, each of which aligns with the moon’s cycles and the seasons.

the follicular phase [inner spring]

this is a time of growth, creativity, and new beginnings. like the season of spring, your body is primed for renewal and fresh energy. we’ll explore how to harness this energy for personal growth and creative endeavors.

the ovulatory phase [inner summer]

peak energy and vitality—just like the summer season. during this phase, we’ll focus on maximizing your energy and confidence, while also tuning into how to pace yourself for long-term balance.

the luteal phase [inner fall]

as we move into the luteal phase, we shift towards introspection, deepening emotional awareness, and honoring our boundaries. like fall, it’s a time to harvest the fruits of our efforts, reflect, and take stock of what’s serving us.

the menstrual phase [inner winter]

this is the time for rest, release, and renewal. much like the winter season, it’s about retreating inward, honoring your need for rest, and allowing yourself the space to reflect and recharge.

wellness plans are personalized and shift in alignment with the seasons and your cycle. as you evolve, your wellness needs will change, and we’ll adapt the plan to meet those needs. ideally, this is ongoing work, but over time, you’ll find that your sessions become more “as needed.” when that happens, you’ll know that your toolkit is in place, and the practices are woven seamlessly into your life.

cycle based support

because change takes time, we’ll work together over the course of three menstrual cycles (three months). what you’re experiencing this month is often the culmination of the last three, so our work builds slowly and sustainably.

cycle one — planting seeds

this is about awareness and observation. we’ll focus on cycle tracking, proper nourishment, rest, and identifying what’s underneath your symptoms. for many, this is the first time turning attention inward, so we’ll take it slow and gentle.

cycle two — cultivating growth

with a foundation in place, we’ll build on your progress. this cycle is about strengthening routines that nurture you, deepening your connection to your body, and continuing to fine-tune what’s working (and what’s not).

cycle three — tending the harvest

by now, you’ll have a greater understanding of your cycle and its unique rhythms. we’ll focus on integrating the lessons learned and reinforcing the changes you’ve made, so you can carry them forward with confidence and ease.

flexible scheduling

while meeting once per week [or per phase] is encouraged for the first three months, accessibility is one of mēnē's core values - i’m open to working on a schedule that fits your life. we’ll collaborate to create a plan that meets your needs.

working together

initial assessment — taking stock

150$

our first session is a longer, 90-minute meeting where we’ll take a walk through your “garden” to see what’s growing. we’ll go over your health history, identify challenges, explore what’s working well, and define your goals. this is about getting curious and building a solid foundation for your journey.

in session — checking in

100$

our regular sessions (60 minutes) are a safe space for emotional support and problem-solving. whether you’re working through a luteal phase fight with your partner, navigating burnout, or simply reflecting on the patterns of your cycle, these sessions are for you. we’ll celebrate progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adapt your wellness plan as needed.

check in — acute care

15$

these brief [15 minute] focused sessions are available when you need quick support or guidance between scheduled sessions. Whether it’s addressing a specific concern, reviewing a new symptom, or getting clarity on a particular topic, touch bases allow you to stay on track with your wellness plan without committing to a full session.

between sessions — where the real magic happens

healing isn’t just what happens in session—it’s what you do in your daily life. after each session, you’ll receive a personalized wellness plan with tools, resources, and practices to support your body, mind, and spirit. i also offer ongoing email support for those moments when you need guidance or reassurance between appointments.

change takes commitment, but it doesn’t need to feel overwhelming. together, we’ll determine the best rate for you based on your financial wellness and accessibility needs.

i also offer sliding scale rates, payment plans, and energy exchanges for all offerings. if you’re currently abundant in something—time, skills, or resources—let’s explore ways to work together that feel equitable and aligned.
